Tape & Weft Extensions will last 6-9+ months with the proper care and your attendance to maintenance appointments —  your extensions will last longer in colder environments. The severe heat & humidity in different parts of Australia can affect the life of your extensions, and ultimately effecting there longevity. We recommend daily and weekly hydration /moisture in your extensions (ensuring you avoid any products with ingredients containing protein), and additional hydration treatments. Semi-Permanent Hair Extensions do require high daily maintenance, brushing & styling. If you are not someone who likes to style and maintain your hair daily then we suggest going with Temporary Extensions like Clip Ins, Halo or Ponytails which require less maintenance. 

Your Temporary Hair Extensions’ like Clip Ins, Halo and Ponytails will last 12-24+ months with the proper care and maintenance. Some of our Angels have their Kiki Extensions for years in beautiful condition! Again, it all depends on how you care and look after your Hair Extensions with brushing, heat protectant, avoiding protein, and using formulated products designed to hydrate and lock moisture back into the Hair Extensions.

Yes! As we use Remy Human Hair you can colour or tone your extensions darker to achieve the perfect match. We do recommend having this done by a qualified professional and never lightening your extensions. 

Tapes & Wefts: The bonds of our Hair Extensions are very strong and will not get damaged should you dye your hair extensions darker whilst they are in. However, we do recommend having your colour services performed while your Hair Extensions are out during your maintenance appointment. 

Yes tapes are super diverse and for discreet wear. You can wear your hair up or down, exercise, go swimming, and do most other things you would normally do. If you like to place your hair up quite a lot let your salon know as to ensure a perfect placement for invisible wear.

Kiki Hair Extensions are designed to be virtually undetectable! All of the different methods are uniquely designed to have very small, discreet bonds that sit flat and close to the head. They are never too close to the hairline or part line. You are able to wear your hair up without the attachments being visible for most hair extension methods. 

Yes you can style your Hair Extensions with heat tools like straighteners curlers, blow dryers and mermaid tools as they are 100% Remy Human Hair. We do recommended to always use a heat protector (with no protein ingredients) when styling your Hair Extensions, and always under 180degrees.
